Description

Located in Vilar do Paraíso, Casa da Calçada dates back to the 18th century and is set in an extensive 5000m2 area. The different existing buildings, scattered around the property, have been renovated and a new residence and guest house have been created. The main house, with its cross-shaped plan, has common areas on the ground floor, such as the living room, office, entertainment area and kitchen, while the private areas, such as bedrooms and bathrooms, occupy the second floor. The annex building houses the laundry, wine cellar, wine shop, bedrooms and gym.
The guest house, also on two floors, has a living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The annex building has a changing room for the pool, a bathroom and storage. Finally, an outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool are attached to the guest house
