Founded in 2002 and based in Matosinhos, the studio has developed projects in different areas of work, from the construction of equipment and housing to the restoration of buildings, seeking to find new conceptual answers for each project.
The firm’s field of research is based on an interrelationship between architects, designers and authors, establishing bridges between different areas and whose influences are the main point for developing ideas and different approaches to projects.
In recent years, they have been invited to various conferences and workshops in Portugal and abroad and their projects have been published in the specialized press in various countries.
Selected and finalists for various international awards, such as Design Studio, Dezeen Awards 2022 longlist, Nuno Teotónio Pereira IHRU Prize 2019, BAUWELT Preis 2009, MH João de Almada Prize, 2006.
